These are the Terms of Service for PA Tools ("Company" or "Service"). Please read carefully before using this service.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of all services (hereinafter "Service") provided by PA Tools (hereinafter "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means all online services provided by the Company, including design blog, online tools, etc.
- "User" means a person who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
- "Content" means posts, images, videos, etc. posted on the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms take effect for all users who wish to use the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws when necessary.
- When the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes on the website at least 7 days before the effective date.
- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue using the Service.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Design-related blog content
- Online tools (GIF Editor, Color Palette, etc.)
- Newsletter
- Other services determined by the Company
- In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of Services due to system maintenance, repairs, replacement, etc.
Article 5 (Changes and Suspension of Services)
- The Company may change the Service according to operational or technical needs.
- When the content or method of using the Service is changed, the reasons and changes will be announced in advance.
- The Company may suspend the provision of Services in the following cases:
- When unavoidable for equipment maintenance, etc.
- When a telecommunications business operator stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends services
- When there are unavoidable reasons such as national emergency, power outage, service equipment failure, etc.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following acts:
- Misappropriating others' personal information
- Copying, distributing, falsifying, or commercially using information obtained using the Company's service information without prior approval
- Damaging others' reputation or causing disadvantage
- Posting pornography or linking to pornographic sites
- Infringing the Company's copyright, third party copyrights, or other rights
- Distributing information, text, graphics, etc. that violate public order and morals to others
- Acts objectively judged to be connected with crime
- Acts that violate other relevant laws
Article 7 (Attribution of Copyright)
- The copyright of content posted on the Service belongs to the Company.
- Users may not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or allow third parties to use information obtained through the Service without prior approval from the Company.
- The copyright of content created by users through our online tools belongs to the users.
Article 8 (Personal Information Protection)
- The Company strives to protect users' personal information.
- The protection and use of personal information are subject to relevant laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide Services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, suspension of services by telecommunications business operators, etc.
- The Company is not responsible for service usage disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
- The Company is not responsible for users not obtaining or losing profits expected from using the Service.
- The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, materials, and facts posted by users on the Service.
Article 10 (Damages)
- Regarding services provided free of charge, even if any damage occurs to users, the Company is not responsible except for damages caused by the Company's intention or negligence.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company strives to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for damages.
- If a lawsuit is filed regarding disputes arising from service use, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
Article 12 (Governing Law)
Matters related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect from October 7, 2025.
